I have mostly used A.T. Murray’s translation (1919) as revised by G.E. Dimock (1995), with the parallel Greek text, from the wonderful Loeb Classical Library.
Sometimes I have preferred A.V. Rieu’s translation (1946).
Of verse translations, I have always enjoyed Robert Fitzgerald’s (1961). His poetry is not always a literal rendering of Homer. For that reason, perhaps, it is a great pleasure to read.
